超细氧化锌粉体的制备及尺寸控制

根据气相化学反应法 (CAD)制备超细粉的原理 ,从低品位氧化锌矿中采用火法冶金方法直接制备超细氧化锌粉 ,对所得氧化锌的粒度尺寸、微观结构和粒度分布进行测试 ;考察了冷却强度以及收集装置对超细氧化锌粒度及粒度分布的影响 ;讨论了氧化锌粉体团聚的原因及对策、试验条件对氧化锌尺寸的控制等     

火焰原子吸收光谱法测量污水中锑量的测量不确定度评定

通过火焰原子吸收光谱法对水中的锑量进行了测定,对影响测量结果的不确定度分量进行了量化的计算,从而得出影响锑量测量不确定的主要因素是测量样品消解液中的锑的质量浓度引起的不确定度.

Formation of Zinc–Antimony-Based Spinel Phases

Formation of spinel phases in ZnO–Sb₂O₃and ZnO–Sb₂O₃–Bi₂O₃systems is studied by the use of X-ray diffraction. The formation of nonstoichiometric Zn_2.33Sb_0.67O₄phase is observed in both the systems at ∼900°C. However, in these systems, at higher temperatures ( T ≥ 1100°C), formation of the inverse spinel phase Zn₇Sb₂O₁₂is observed. The study has been extended to understand the effect of CrO₃doping on the stability of the different spinel phases in the previously mentioned systems. Interestingly, in both the systems, samples doped with CrO₃, displayed the presence of Zn_2.33Sb_0.67O₄phase <1200°C, indicating the stabilization of the spinel phase by CrO₃.     

Antimony Solubility and Speciation in Aqueous Sulphuric Acid Solutions at 298 K

This work is an experimental and theoretical study of antimony speciation and the solubility of Sb₂O₅, Sb₂O₃ and Sb₂(SO₄)₃ at 298 K in aqueous sulphuric acid solutions (0 to 6 kmol/m³). A thermodynamic model was developed to quantify the solubility products and aqueous metal speciation. Main dissolved species were H₃SbO_3(aq) and H₃SbO_4(aq). The solubility of antimony increases with increasing solution acidity and with the presence of hydrogen peroxide in the solution. The following standard equilibrium constants at 298 K were obtained: Log K⁰_(Sb2O5) = 11.7±0.5, Log K⁰_(Sb2O3) = 32±1, and Log K⁰_(Sb2(SO4)3) = 55±2.     

Possible effects of site isolation in antimony oxide-modified vanadia/titania catalysts for selective oxidation of o-xylene

Titania-supported vanadia catalysts were modified by addition of antimony oxide for application in o-xylene selective oxidation to phthalic anhydride. It was shown that active and selective catalysts can be prepared by ball-milling mixtures of powders of TiO₂, V₂O₅and Sb₂O₃followed by calcination. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy proves the formation of highly dispersed overlayers of vanadium oxide and antimony oxide, in which V⁵⁺is partially reduced to lower oxidation states and Sb³⁺is partially oxidized to Sb⁵⁺. Antimony oxide segregated into the outermost surface layers. It is therefore inferred that the presence of the antimony oxide modifier spatially separates V–O species and leads to site isolation which may be responsible for the positive effect of the modifier for the catalyst's selectivity.     

三(苄基硫醇)锑的合成及其应用性能

以苄基硫醇、三氧化二锑 (或三氯化锑 )等为原料 ,研究了三 (苄基硫醇 )锑的最佳合成工艺条件 ,产率分别达到 90 %和 95 %。用元素分析法及红外光谱技术对产品进行了表征 ,热分析技术 (TG和DSC)研究表明 ,含合成产物的聚氯乙烯 (PVC)制品的初始分解温度在 2 2 0℃以上 ,其热分解效应为 1 1 5 5J/g。热老化研究表明 ,当合成产物添加量达 1 5份 (PVC质量为 1 0 0份 )时 ,PVC树脂的热稳定时间为 1 8min(2 0 0℃ ) ,当其与硫醇钡以质量比 3∶1复配时 ,可显著提高PVC制品的长期热稳定性
